Course aims

Learning objectives

This masterclass equips the people working in marketing, sales, ticketing and communications with the commercial frameworks and tactical tools to drive audience growth and ticket revenue for the live, ticketed experience economy. This includes but is not limited to professionals working in: theatre, immersive entertainment, attractions, location based entertainment, music, festivals, consumer events, arts, culture and entertainment. The course integrates neuroscience, AI discovery, media planning, advertising strategy, ticketing optimisation and 30-day action planning into a single coherent commercial methodology. Delegates will leave having completed dedicated learning exercises at the end of each module, a prioritised 30-day action plan grounded in the commercial realities of their own role (and job responsibilities) and a 'playbook' to refer back to.

By the end of the masterclass, you will be able to:

  • Set and track measurable personal and marketing goals aligned to business objectives, with evidence-based baselines and clear success metrics

  • Apply psychological principles to campaign messaging to understand and influence customer decision-making and purchase behaviours

  • Optimise for AI-driven search and discovery including AI overviews, zero-click search, and core SEO/GEO/AEO principles applicable to experience marketing

  • Evaluate advertising now and in the future and ROI. Learn a full overview of the advertising mix and how to use data-driven approaches to assess campaign performance and creative effectiveness across channels

  • Assess ticketing technology and approach to ticketing strategy to identify how to create frictionless customer flows. Identify gaps in user experience and revenue capture at each stage of the customer journey

  • Create an immediately actionable plan based on the days training and personal/campaign goals from the masterclass
